Family First Ministry

Our children are raised in a world where sex, money, power, and feel good vibes are desirable things. But as parents we have a responsibility to lead them as Jesus Christ did.

All of us grow up with big dreams. We want to be firefighters, doctors, superheroes, and more than AB or C, but some of us no longer believe, and we've conformed to society.

This strength ministry and fitness coaching platform aims to bring order to the chaos we are all facing. Your body is the temple of God's Holy Spirit. Let Jesus Christ strengthen your being.

Joshua 1:9

My name is Jan-Roux Kotze. I'm a fitness geek, nature freak, and man of God who works hard to steward His many gifts. This coaching platform is my place of worship, love, and public service.

I've been called to restore His Temple through strength training and disciple-making. Let's all share our testimony to show that Jesus Christ is limitless.

The strength development programs offered here should empower men and women to stand up for their own health and the wellbeing of their family.

It's your responsibility to keep your body strong and healthy to prevent chronic disease. Let's shine His Light on the battlefield and fight for what's right.

God called us to heal the sick and bind up the wounds of the broken-hearted. Jesus opened our eyes so we could see the truth. Without sin there would be no need for Him.

Jesus used parables to teach his disciples. He made this fallen world so we could differentiate good from evil, light from darkness, and know God's love.

The Holy Spirit is a gift from God the Father through the sacrifice made by the precious blood of His Son. It's the Holy Spirit who reveals the loving nature of God to us.

After Yeshua called me out of the world, that's when I gave Jesus an opportunity. God truly stepped in after I was baptized (John 3:5) by the Holy Spirit and water.

At first I went through a time of conviction where He stirred my heart to change the way I looked at my own life. Jesus Christ saved me and then asked me to jump.

Yahweh prompted me for 7 days straight to leave my Personal Training job. Leaving 30 clients who felt like family wasn't easy, and neither was trusting Him to provide for me.

After I took that leap of faith the Holy Spirit took me through a season of refinement as He burned away all the impurities. That's how God defined and sanctified my heart.

He asked me to open my hand wide to widows and the poor. God the Shepherd shaped my character and showed me that I can trust Him with every part of my life.

At one point I thought I was crazy. I saw miracles. Ravens (1 Kings 17:4) were sent to reminded me that God's hand was on my life and that He would always provide.

The LORD showed me my promised land in a vision. He gave me an amazing heritage that stirred my faith and I knew He was trustworthy. He is God and I am not.

But one day God stopped me and said, "Jan, I don't want you to focus on what you will get. Instead I want you to build for Me."

That's when Jehovah-Jireh blessed me with this concept for Bodybuilding for Christ; which turned out to be a prototype for the massive heritage I had freely received.

Looking back now I can see God was never interested in what I could give or build, but instead He was interested in building me.

As they say, "God prepares the called."

The Cross of Jesus Christ

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It's our light and not the darkness that most frightens us.

We all ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, beautiful, and talented? Actually, who are you not to be?

You're a child of God. Playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that others will not feel insecure.

We are all born to shine and make manifest the glory of God that's within us. It's not just in some of us; it is in all of us. And as we let our own light shine, we unknowingly give others permission to do the same. Let your light shine for Christ."

- Marianne Williamson

Jesus Christ did not come to destroy the law of the prophets, but to fullfil it. What does this mean? It means Jesus came to show us how to walk with God. He died to give us the Helper (Holy Spirit) who leads us to live righteous lives free of sin.

Sin opens the door for the enemy. This gives satan access to our lives, and he wants nothing more than to kill, steal, and destroy. Once we are baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit we will change and become like Jesus Christ who is holy.

As it is written, "Be Holy for I am Holy."

"Remember the law of My servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave to him for all. I will send the Holy Spirit to you before the great and dreadful day of the Lord. He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; turn or be cursed." - Malachi 4:4
