Simple Mastery: Master Your Mind like a Jedi for Christ

“Make every effort to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able.” – Luke 13:24

Mastery is not some make believe thing that takes place when we pray or meditate. Mastery is something we develop through years of practice and effort.

Mastery of self is the key to living a victorious life, whether it is in the area of health, business, or even pleasure. If you can control yourself in any situation, you win. But this goes beyond mere emotional stability, to master yourself means you are excellent at what you do – The Master of your Craft.

How much of your time, money, and energy are you willing to invest to become the Master of your craft?

To be the master, you will need to practice for years to gain insight and understanding. Then you will need to implement effective strategies to do it efficiently, with focus, precision, and tenacity. You will need to feel excellence pumping through your veins.

I believe true mastery is found when you can learn to rewire your mind to believe in your ability to grow every day. Learning to control the outcome of your day by controlling your thoughts, emotions, and actions is the only way to conquer any day; even Judgement Day.

By learning to be patient, loving, and gentle in Spirit you can change the trajectory of your life and walk into a bright future with those you surround yourself with – Your Family.

While reading the content I am sharing, please try to see yourself as a young Jedi. Yoda will be your guide, call him Coach Jan. His mission is to promote you so that by the end of this program you will be One with the Force, walking in the authority and truth of your identity as a child of God, just like Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Holy One. The Chosen and Anointed One.

But be warned, this journey is not for the fainthearted. You will need to go through fiery trials as your faith is tested, but this will make you so much stronger. Embrace whatever comes and learn to dance in the rain. Praise God for the storms that shape you to become a blessing in this broken world.

“The master is someone who walks the walk with certainty in his talk” – Yoda

Starting your day in a pro-active way is vital. Mastering your day starts when you open your eyes. God wants you to know what you want, and then He wants you to boldly ask for it IN FAITH trusting He will provide for your needs.

He says, “You do not have because you do not ask. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with the wrong motives.” – James 4:3

It’s important to know what you want and why you want it. God calls us to give freely without expecting anything in return. When we ask for things that would honor this calling we will be blessed and used as blessings in this world and the next.

Being certain of what you want to achieve and where you want to be is important. So, before you can start your day, take some time to sit and think about all the things you would like to accomplish. Having a clear plan is the only way to focus on the goal at hand.

Be like an Eagle, Lion, and Ox. Be Strong.

Whether you want to burn fat, build a business, or find a partner, you need to start by thinking of a strategic way to accomplish what you see. It’s smart to seek help, mentors, support, and wise council. We all have to stay humble and pray that we can see and learn new things every day.

Sit and plan a logical course of actions with the “limited resources” (time/money/energy) you have, and then implement. It sounds simple, but in real life, you will have to fight to stay consistent when things get harder; because they will get harder.

Not being consistent is a sign of a weak mind. If you do not have faith in what you are doing, and you don’t believe in yourself, then you will not stay consistent with the plan that you have chosen to follow.

The first step towards change is a changed heart and mind. If you want to be consistent with the decisions you make, then you must first learn how to deny yourself like Christ did, to choose what you know is best for you, even if you don’t want to.

As it is written, “Father, if You are willing, take this cup from Me. Yet not My will, but Your will be done.” – Luke 22:42

– The same Cup we drink from.

This platform will take you through 3 major steps. Master each step and you will experience heaven on earth as you walk by faith, speak with certainty, and know yourself and Jesus Christ intimately. God is calling you into Unity with His heart and mind towards you.

Chosen to Shine. You are Part of His Divine.

Did you know your mind is the most powerful tool you own? If you can control your mindset, you can control your decisions, and ultimately, the outcome of your life. It all starts with the way you think and act. What do you feed on metaphysically?

As it is written, “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” – from the Book of Proverbs

Compared to a robot, your mind is in a class of its own. The human brain can process vast amounts of data in milliseconds and the sad truth is, many of us are unaware that we can control this amazing tool given to us by God.

If you read through the 3-Day Fat Furnace you will know where I stand on nutrition, GMOs and the comfort zone are killing us, and therefore it’s important to know that if you do not master your mind, someone else will try to control your health. And they are in it for gain.

This economic world will try to control your emotions by deceiving your heart, and that’s where we will start. Every day you are consuming information like you consume food. Your mind is constantly working to analyze the data and provide you with vital feedback you can use to survive. But are you taking note of what you feel inside?

As it is written, “Above all, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” – from the book of Proverbs

The world has something to say and something to sell. Don’t believe everything you feel, hear, see, think, or read. Not everything you consume is good for you. You need to guard your heart. You need to disconnect from distractions for a while and reconnect with God.

The truth is, to master your mind takes a lot more than just chanting mantras, writing life goals, or creating vision boards. If you want to change your mindset, then you need to change your decisions, what you look at, read about, and think of. You have to change your life.

When my eyes opened to this amazing truth, I realized there were a few limiting beliefs I was still holding onto. They were the result of words spoken to me as I grew up. Lies of the enemy.

These false beliefs shaped my character, and they kept me from experiencing a life of true freedom and joy. So, I decided to venture into the Unknown to find healing for my own soul.

I invited Jesus Christ into my heart, I was baptized by the Holy Ghost. God called me when I was ready to kill myself, and He was my only hope. Then He took me through a wilderness and showed me the Ancient Pilgrimage.

Just like the Israelites traveled through the Red Sea to be Baptized, and just as they were refined in the wilderness for 40 years before they could enter the promised land, in the same way God will Shepherd His people (You and I) and lead us back to Him.

I was once blind, and a fool. I was willing to go to extremes to experience more than what the world could tell me or give me, and it blessed me to see what was real and what temporary. We are disconnected and we need to get reconnected with the Spirit of God as demonstrated by The Veil that Jesus Christ tore in half.

One night I enjoyed a heroic dose of “magic mushrooms” after fasting and laying down before God. He healed me completely of my fears. I’ve gone to the ends of the earth to seek Him, and I found His heart in forgiveness and love. Jesus Christ came as the Archetype of God, and He has called us to follow Him as He transforms the heart. Once you are baptized you too will be refined to become more like God.

Today, take some time to sit down and think about your life and the limiting beliefs you might still be holding onto. Think about the people who hurt you and then write their names down. Forgive them by speaking forgiveness out loud while you draw a line through their names. Set yourself free.

Pray this prayer: “Father, forgive them for they do not know what they are doing. Bless them with a new heart and set them free.”

Example: “I forgive my dad for raping me. I understand he was under the influence of spirits. I will bless him instead.”

You have now broken the footholds your past has on your mind and your emotions. The next thing you want to do is forgive yourself because God has already forgiven you by the finished work of the Cross – The blood of Jesus Christ – The Power of God

As it is written, Now, if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” – John 8:36

Now think about all the things you think about, look at, and listen to. What are you allowing into your environment that is reminding you of a life you no longer want to live? Are there photos that can be used to bring you back down? Burn them! Remove all the distractions.

The battle for your mind is not some unseen mysterious thing you cannot even touch or control. It’s a reality, and the sooner you become serious about this battle, the sooner you can fight back with authority; regain the territory.

Thank you for being part of this journey with Bodybuilding for Christ. Each member who is strengthened through this platform is an asset in the Kingdom of God. You will be used by our Holy Father to multiply His character and essence in the world.

Trust the process of this metamorphosis. It will be painful, but that is just part of growth, and we should embrace it with a smile and become “Godlike in nature”. God never calls those who are qualified, He qualifies those who are called.

You will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you. Focus on the goal.” – James Allen
