Leadership starts at home, in the family, and during this leadership development program for Christian men and woman you will learn what it means to serve your family and community God’s Way.
According to “What Leaders Really Do”, leaders press for positive change, while managers promote stability. Harvard Business School professor John Kotter has proposed that management and leadership are different but they are complementary, and the one cannot function efficiently without the other.
Leadership has nothing to do with the “charisma”, and it’s not the calling of a chosen few. Leadership is simply the act of stepping up to the plate when you are called to take a swing. You are the one responsible for hitting the ball, and it’s size is arbitrary. True leaders strike with confidence, certainty, and in faith.
Christian leaders are normal men and woman who walk/talk with God in every moment of their waking lives to gain the wisdom and understanding needed for them to show up in this world like Jesus Christ. Christian leaders have to lay down their lives for the good of others because they will be led to by the Spirit of Christ.
God will train them Himself.
Leadership is the vocation of God’s Men and Woman
God designed the family, the Original Design as male and female, and then He bless them to multiply and fill the earth with His glory. He commanded Adam to care for this amazing gift. In our solar system we are the 3rd rock from the Sun, located in the perfect position for life to flourish. It’s called Eden for a reason.
However, with that being said, I am sure you are familiar with the story of Adam and Eve? We have all failed to do things God’s Way. Bodybuilding for Christ is here to bring awareness to this, and to then inspire young Christian leaders like you to restore God’s Original Design.
Your children look up to you for guidance and protection, and so does your spouse. If I look at God’s Design and His Words, and I consider the dynamics of a healthy family, then I can see why leadership and good management go hand in hand. You need to manage your household, and be sure of where you’re going… “By Faith!”
The Bible contains many verses about leadership, love, family, and the Way in which God prepares a man for marriage. If Jesus is not your Shepherd, then my friend, you will likely have a hard time. Don’t run after girls, and don’t awaken love before it’s time. Crucify your flesh and listen to this test. Can you serve?
Leave it better than you found it.
Leadership Program for the development of a healthy society
This God 1st leadership development programs will saturate your mind with the heart of Christ and this will transform you to see what God desires of you and me. Christian leaders are the only true catalysts for change and if we wish to see a better tomorrow for our children, then we will need to step up and swing.
Leading God’s Way starts with the simple act of seeing and honoring the people in your life as valuable. Many of us think that we are doing that, but if your love is not unconditional, then the people you lead and “love” will become liabilities and not assets. If you can’t forgive others, then you will suffer.
Why am I saying this?
We all make mistakes.
Christian leaders take note of every individual on their team. They listen to find out what motivates Susan? How can I support Peter’s dreams? By doing that, you acknowledge everyone as valuable people with needs. Men want to feel empowered, and woman want to be valued. Kids just want to enjoy life.
We need to embody all those aspects of the Feminine-, Masculine-, and Childlike-Spirit in order for us to experience life the way it was intended. Jesus Christ is known as the Trinity Godhead as He is personified through the Unseen Father (Law & Order), the Chosen Son (Grace & Flesh), and the Holy Spirit (Freedom).
You are human, do not judge.
Inspirational Bible Verse for Leadership
“Remember your leaders, those who spoke the Word of God to you. Then consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.” – Hebrews 13
“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.” – James 1
“Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must first be your servant, for the first will be last and the last will be first.” – Matthew 20
“Not only looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the other people.” – Philippians 2
Christian Leaders have More responsibilities
Good leadership starts in the home. If you can honor your parents and learn from them, then you can also lead your children and society to Christ. Even if your mother neglected you, and your father abused you, forgive them and set them free. Rise above the anger within, and only then will you be blessed again.
Stepping up as a leader by setting a good example will have a profound effect on the overall wellbeing of your family and community. When we set a strong example and lead with God’s Spirit, then we can be sure of the fact that our children will want to follow.
Taking care of yourself and your health will also re-ignite the King-and-Queen relationship you have with your beautiful wife. Intimacy is the glue that binds your souls for life. If you want to recreate the same desire in your spouse as the day you met, then it’s time to submit and do things God’s Way, and with good intent.
Jesus Christ made us in His image to share His love here on earth. If He has blessed you with a beautiful wife, then He gave you a Big Responsibility. It’s to Represent His Love to her. Learn to obey the Spirit of Christ and you will lead her like a man of God was designed to. She is your helper, to manage your family.
Examples: Bible Verses for Great Leadership
One of the most profound examples of leadership is when God asks Noah to build the Ark that would save his family. Noah has to build the blueprint (design) on his own with the rest of the world mocking him, “Where is your God Noah? Where is the rain Noah? LOL
Abraham was a friend of God, and he was willing to sacrifice his beloved Son when God tested him. But God is not a cruel or hateful or wrathful God, and so He provided a lamb. Abraham received a glorious promise, and he believed, and he left everything to go into the desert where God blessed Him with glory.
Joseph is yet another extraordinary example. God gave him a dream, and when told his brothers about the dream they sold him into slavery. However, it was in this season of imprisonment that the God of Israel was directing his steps to become the leader who would save his family from a very painful death.
John the Baptist is a overlooked and misunderstood leader who wanted no title, and no province, but merely came to direct the way of the LORD and call out the false prophets and serpents. John wasn’t what you would consider a leader from his appearance, but he was truly a profound messenger of God.
