Top Secret Mission #11: Satisfaction

As it is written, “You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.” – Psalm 145:16

We all want to feel good, be loved, celebrated, and chosen. Did you know Jesus chose you before you chose Him? Did you know He is devoted to you as a lover should be? When God called Abraham, He showed Abraham a promise that was so unreal that it could only happen by the hand of God.

Abraham and Sarah had no children, and God knew their greatest desire. He promised to multiply their descendants as the stars of heaven. Sarah laughed at God for saying this, she offended Him. That’s when He responded, “Is anything too hard for God?” The choice to believe is also a choice.

Our God is good all the time. We are the ones who choose to indulge in ungodly behaviours like adultery, gluttony, idolatry, and faithlessness. God says, “those who make them are like them.” God’s will is to give us life, and life in abundance, but there are specific ways in which we are to conduct ourselves in order for us to take hold of that which is set apart for us. Like Jesus would.

As it is written, “Be holy for I am holy.” – Leviticus 20:26

Sanctified, then satisfied.

The reason Moses travelled though the Wilderness for 40 years (4 = season; 10 = revelation) with God’s people is because we had to be cleansed with water, fire, and blood. An entire generation had to die in the wilderness before Joshua (the new generation) could enter a land flowing with milk and honey. Moses might not have entered a material promised land, but He sure entered God’s promise.

It satisfied Him, and they prospered as God intended from the beginning. God the Father is good, and He knows what we need before we ask. His desire is to set us free from all forms of slavery.

But (Big Butt) before God does that for you and me, He will cleanse us of all unrighteousness, and Jesus Christ will lay bare the true intent of our hearts to bring awareness to the underlying causes that might lead us to defile the land we are entering in to poses. We must ask forgiveness for past mistakes, cut unhealthy soul ties, walk away from our habitual sins, and devote our lives to Christ.

As it is written, “Greater love has no man than this, that He lay down his life for his friends.”

Open yourself up to be cleansed and sanctified by Jesus Christ; and open your heart and soul to the One who came to heal (Jehovah Rapha), provide (Jehovah Jireh), and protect (Jehovah Sabaoth) His holy people. Set yourself apart to be part of God’s army called Saints. Do not be enslaved again.

I DIED; YET I LIVE AGAIN

The Metamorphosis of the Soul

Ever hear about ego death? Many people experience this when they consume hallucinogens like psilocybin mushrooms. It’s not unfamiliar to mankind. We even find images of mushrooms on the pyramids of the Egyptians and Aztecs. Did you know the Bible says, “Moses was taught in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and he became mighty in word and deed.” – Acts 7:22

Moses was the intercessor between us and God. He built the Tabernacle of Meeting where He made burnt offerings on the Altar of Acacia Wood (High in DMT) to create a cloud of smoke. Moses could see through the Spiritual Veil that was tore in half when Jesus Christ died. As it is written, “And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom” (Matthew 27:50-51a). This is VERY SIGNIFICANT.

Hebrews 9:1-9 tells us that in the temple a veil separated the Holy of Holies—the earthly dwelling place of God’s presence—from the rest of the temple where men dwelt. This signified that man was separated from God by sin (Isaiah 59:1-2). We could not enter into God’s presence, neither into one-ness (unity) with God. Only the high priest was permitted to pass beyond this veil to enter into God’s presence for all of Israel to make atonement for their sins. But this ritual ended when Jesus died.

This also means you don’t need drugs to get enlightened, what you need is God’s Spirit.

“This is the covenant I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their hearts and inscribe them on their minds.” – Hebrews 10:16

“This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the LORD. I will put My law in their minds and inscribe it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they will be My people.” – Jeremiah 31:33

“I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes and to carefully observe My ordinances.” – Ezekiel 36:27

SATISFY GOD’S DESIRE

Instead of asking “What can God do for me?” Why don’t you ask “what can I do for God?”

He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? – Micah 6:8

What most people don’t understand is the fact that you don’t have to force it if you are born again of incorruptible Seed. God’s Spirit will do the work in and through you and that is why the scriptures read, “not by might, nor by power, but only by the Spirit of the Lord will you succeed.” Repent and be baptized with water, fire, wind, and blood. We are nothing but dust, and if we trust God we will be swept off our feet.

Jesus said, “anyone who does not take up his cross and follow Me is not worthy of Me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.” – Matthew 10

Look around you. Look at your mother and your father. If they were Godsent you will see the sacrifices they had to make to ensure their was something for your future and the future of others. Building something of great value, like a healthy family, requires blood, sweat, and tears. Many young believers choose to run after their dreams and they discover that it’s only by God’s Spirit that they could endure their season of testing.

What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the housetops.

It’s in the season of testing that we grow and mature. Where we transform within. Where we walk away from old ways that lead to pain. It’s in the fire where our characters are shaped like fine gold for God to use. Jesus wants to use us as vessels for good here on earth if we would allow Him to, and we cannot limit what His Spirit can do in and through us if we surrender. The act of surrender is the hardest for those who fear loss of control, but God is gentle, and He will catch you if you fall.

As you go, preach this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven is near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.

Once you’ve made it through your season of testing, the wilderness, you will be much wiser. You will be sanctified. You will be satisfied. And you will be ready to preach the good news to others who are like you. Experience is your best teacher, and that’s why God allowed Moses to learn from the Egyptians. It’s why God allowed Joseph to be exalted to the right hand of Pharaoh, and it’s why God chose you to read this.

Behold, I am sending you out like sheep among wolves; therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.
